I have Adrian Peterson penciled in at RB1.

Have to decided who to play at RB 2.

Between Frank Gore and Ryan Matthews, who gets the start?

I think you go with Gore here. Mathews is splitting carries with Tolbert, and Tolbert is the one getting goal line carries. Both have favorable match ups.
