Postby Helmet10 » Sat Sep 24, 2011 12:01 am

I traded brady and moreno for schaub , chris johnson and brandon marshall.... I play in a 12 team standard... My line up looks like this :

QB: Matt Schaub
RB: Chris Johnson
RB: Matt Forte
Flex: Deangelo Williams
WR: Brandon Marshall
WR: Anquan Boldin
TE: Jimmy Graham
K: Stephen Grontkowski
Def: Patriots

Most people have told me i got the better of the deal, I wanted to see what people thought. How did i do?

really depends on how CJ2K perform
if he keep playing like his week1 and week2, or just slightly improved, then you lost the trade
upgrade from knox to marshall is not enough to justified the lose from brady to schaub

i don't think you necessary win the trade, i think you just gambled it, and could possibly win the trade is CJ2K back to his old production
but just by preseason projection, you do win the trade, however, week1-week2 is making brady the hottest QB.

you need some potential player from waiver wire for you flex, like D.Moore, Helu, D.Nelson and if lucky, maybe D.Thomas and F.Jax (which i highly doubt it)

fix your QB with Fitzpatrick or Newton, which are probably taken already but still on bench, make some trade and grab on of them if possible

Everyone but denarious moore were gone...i actually have had moore on my bench since week 1 thought he was gonna be a breakout player...everyone else u mentioned was drafted in my league ..cj is gonna return this week against broncos...that trade upgraded my WR and RB...bradys not gonna score 40 every week...and schaub isnt gonna only score 15... i think i killed that trade for a 12 man league, my team is upgraded now

Yeah I agree, you killed the crap out of that trade. Schaub is only a slight downgrade from Brady. CJ is light years ahead of Moreno who is on the verge of losing his job and then you add in B Marshall too. You gotta be kidding me.
