I think either Cleveland or Miami are solid. Should be a low scoring game. Both QBs are due for an INT or two.

i'd agree, Dallas. as for the other options, maybe Cleveland and NO are my next two. Cleveland, mainly because Miami is out of sync and seems to give up DST touchdowns a lot. NO doesnt stop you from scoring, but has traditionally been good at forcing turnovers. i also like Darren Sproles a lot in the return game

Thank you for your help with mine. It seems like WAS would be the best play, but I don't like recommending a road defense on Monday night. I am hesitant to recommend NE, and certainly would not recommend Cle. For me, it comes down to WAS or DAL. If it was at WAS, I would say WAS, at DAL, I pick DAL.

Thanks for the help with mine.
Tough question I would certainly stay away from NE and NO as I think those will be pretty high scoring games.
As a Cowboy fan, I was surprised that ESPN had the Cowboys projected as the 2nd best DST this week, but I don't think they are buying the Grossman kool-aid yet.
I would go Cowboys DST unless Romo doesn't play then I would switch to WAS. I think WAS will be able to control Cowboy passing game (and get a few INT and sacks) if Kitna has to step in for Romo.

MIA : MIA offense didn't looked that great but neither did CLENE @ BUF : NE always destroyed BUF but BUF offense looks great this seasonWAS @ DAL : DAL offense is hurting. Austin is out, Bryant and F. Jones hurting. QB with a broken ribs. DAL v. WAS : WAS offense is much better this season but DAL defense is playing on home turfNO v. HOU : NO gives up points but usually is a good fantasy DST. Worry about HOU's super charged offense. Will help with yours. Leave a link.

Washington, they will also give you solid points from turnovers and sacks. Probably get few less points from the boys this week and almost a for sure pick off.

I am starting Washington...they are pressuring the QB well and with Dallas banged up, I like their chances of making something happen such as a def TD
