Tate or Hightower + Harvin for Fitzgerald?

Postby jaypurp » Sat Sep 24, 2011 2:02 pm

So I'm thinking of making a trade for Fitzgerald, not sure if it would be a good one though. I'm thinking of offering Percy Harvin and Tim Hightower or Ben Tate for Fitzgerald. This guy really needs a RB, so I'm thinking of luring him in that way.

My other RB's are Lesean McCoy and Maurice Jones-Drew, so it wouldn't affect my starters. My other WR's are Jeremy Maclin, Kenny Britt, Jordy Nelson, and Hines Ward.

So should I propose the trade? Should I switch around players that I'm offering? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

All you can do is try. But If im him im looking at it like this....

The same reasons you are willing to part with Tate and Hightower are the same reasons hes not going to want them. However, you might be able to get him to take a chance with Tate and hope that he somehow holds on to the job. Foster looming behind him does not look good for him in the long run however.

Im thinking something like Tate/Britt would get you Fitz. Good luck man!!
