I think Dez is going to be huge when he gets healthy. Who do you think is going to get healthy faster? Dez or Foster? I would lean toward doing this trade, but am still a little worried that you're going to be playing a lot of games deciding when to start foster.

This deal is essentially Foster and Holmes for Tate and Dez. Crabtree has no value right now until SF does something with their QB situation.

To me, this is a no brainer. Yes, Dez will be a WR1 by next year, but Foster will be a top 5 rusher can catch you 50+ balls. Tate could eventually have no value and Holmes will be a solid WR3 for depth.

I like this deal for you..

So you are still convinced that Foster will be a top 5 rusher this year? Man, I wish I had your optimism.

Foster worries me a ton. He constantly tries to play, making his injury worse.
As long as Houstons winning and Tate is rushing for 5 YPC and 100 a week, Tate could force a RBBC.

That being said.... It's pretty good value. I'd do it and hope for the best.

Take this QUICK.

This is essentially Foster for Dez.

They wouldn't be pushing Foster so hard to get back if they didn't want him in there. Tate could be worthless in as little as two weeks. Crabtree is injured, has a lousy weak-armed QB, is part of one of the worst offenses in the NFL AND is a knucklehead on top. Don't see a lot of value there. I do love Dez, but if you include last year's preseason, the guy has missed serious time with injuries. Even if he gets totally healthy and blows up this year, I still feel like Foster will get you more points as a stud RB once he gets going. And I do believe Foster will get going. Throw in Holmes and you have a solid WR for insurance.
