I am in a 12 team PPR league and being offered Maclin and Bradshaw for my Megatron. Clark and Manngham have been pretty weak and I dont expect Clark to get any better. Manningham will improve i think...
QB - Stafford RB - DMC RB/WR - Calvin Johnson RB/WR - Chris Johnson WR/TE - Clark WR/TE - Manningham D - Cowboys K - Bryant
B - Hernandez B - McCoy B - Amendola B - McCluster B - Helu
Well I really like what I'm seeing from Maclin so far. I was a little concerned for his value if Vick got injured, but he looked great with Kafka behind center too. However, I'm not too convinced about Manningham. I don't even really like having Nicks, because I don't like what E. Manning is doing so far.
Does it concern any of you that Bradshaw had off-season surgeries again? The traders other RB's are Blount and Best. I dont think he'll give me Best and Maclin so its either Bradshaw or blount and Bradshaw atleast catches passes.
No way does he get Maclin/Best for Mega. I understand Mega is a stud. Probably the best WR in football. However, Maclin is no slouch and you are also getting a RB1/2

I would take a look at Maclin's receptions compared to Megatron's from last year. If Maclin has, say, 20-25 more receptions more than Megatron, I would do it in heartbeat. If not, I still might do it....given your starters-format, I think I would. The drop off from Megatron to Maclin (if any in a PPR format) is not as great as the drop off from Bradshaw to a Mannigless-Clark.
As far as this injury question I think it is worth the risk. Bradshaw is looking good so far this year so I wouldn't turn this deal down on injury fears. Even if he goes down, you still have Maclin and Clark (or some other replacement) so you would not be totally screwed.

They are similar in catches...Calvin with 1 more TD's and about 150 yards. Keep in mind, Shawn Hill threw him the ball all year. Stafford is on a different tier as far as ability. It takes Megatron to argubly the best WR in the NFL.
