Need a new DEF/maybe TE, but dunno who to drop. WHIR

I was thinking of grabbing Carolina vs Jacksonville this week because Chicago vs Green Bay doesn't look too great. However, I'm also reading that Kellen Winslow might be questionable, so I was thinking maybe I could pick up Tony Scheffler from Detroit to take his place. The only problem is I don't know exactly who I want to drop if I make either of these moves. So far I'm thinking between Ingram, and LT. Should I drop both and pick up both a TE and DEF, or do you guys think I could afford to just do one of these moves? Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Leave a link, WHIR.

Your team looks pretty good. I'd be hesitant to drop anybody from your roster for a defense. GB will score points but there's hope for sacks and fumble recoveries. I'd drop Winslow if he can't go to pick up another TE (Chandler, Davis, Scheffler).
