I would play..

RB1&2 MJD & Hillis (those are your running backs you will probably play most weeks if they are healthy)
RB/WR Tate ( I really like how he looks this year, and I think he will get a heavy workload this week)
WR1&2 White & Johnson (I like these two because Brees really spreads the ball around and you never know how Meachem will do)
TE Witten (Gates isnt playing)

I really Like Freddy Jackson this year but not against NE.
