Injury fill-ins WHIR

With injuries to Charles, Austin, and Gates, I have very little chance this week. Either way, who do you think is the best play at each position:

TE:
Randy McMichael v. KC
Pettigrew/Scheffler @ MIN
Jeff King @ SEA

RB:
Helu @ DAL
Ringer v. DEN
Chester Taylor @ SEA (assuming wells is out)
Graham v. ATL

I would go Scheffler at TE. He has become one of Stafford's favorite targets and Pettigrew is now an afterthought.
At RB, I like WAS to increase the workload for Helu after a solid performance last week.

Help with mine:

Have you seen his stat lines? Plenty of TE's outplaying him as far as fantasy, and Scheffler has gotten more targets and receptions.

I would roll with McMichael and Helu.

Scheffler only has 5 targets to Pettigrew's 9.....neither are worth starting as 14 targets over 2 games for 2 TEs is nothing.

Helu and King. Helu will get some carries and King actually has a TD reception in each of his first two games.
