Non-PPR league... should I start Lance Moore vs. HOU or Plaxico vs. OAK ? None of then have done much, but I have to stick to these now as waiver wire is empty !

I would probably play Plax in this spot. Especially if you're in a TD league. Moore hasnt done much this year coming off that groin injury. Until I see something this year from Moore, I would go with Plax.
