Hillis, Mendenhall, or Mathews

I can start two running backs and am a little concerned with hillis being sick toward the later part of this week. Should I take him out and replace him with Ryan Matthews?

Even with Hillis missing some practice time I think you have to start Hillis and Mendenhall here. It was released on rotoworld that the sickness was strep throat, so Hillis should be able to play through it. The matchup is solid
