QB Starter: Kolb vs. SEA, Bradford vs. BAL?

I need help deciding who to start today at QB (standard league scoring w/4 points per TD).

Kolb vs. SEA - up against a bad team, so will they turn to run early?
Bradford vs. BAL - BAL has been giving up alot of yards passing so far and STL will have to throw

Kolb for sure.
Seattle is a much weaker defense and Kolb has more weapons.

i wouldnt touch Bradford against the Ravens....especially considering they should be pretty aggressive after last weeks loss.
