Playing in a 10 man ESPN Standard League. Looking for a little guidance with my flex spot. My options are Bowe, Brandon Jacobs, Santana Moss, Mike Thomas (Jac) or LT. Any thoughts?

Usually in standard scoring leagues I try to start as many RBs as possible, but I think you have to go WR here. Your top WR option is Santana Moss.

Santana Moss is a great option this week. Redskins usually do well against the Cowboys secondary. good luck!
