1-2 in a 10-team PPR league

Could you guys rate my current roster and let me know if there's anything I can do? Although I think my team is above average, I want to try to get at least another RB2, but having difficulty deciding on a package offer. At this point, I have lost faith in DeAngelo Williams.

My two losses were pretty crappy. Both times, my team did exceptionally well but I happened to play the top scorer that week. Would have beaten almost any other team in my league for both of those weeks. Since both my opponent and I don't have anyone playing on MNF tonight, I pretty much won 106-96.
