I gotta agree consistency is your main problem with your team. As far as what to do from where there are a couple of options. You could do as someone else suggested which is trading Dez Byrant for an elite QB, but I would be hesitant because even though you have depth at WR it is not great depth. First off the elite QBs are Brees, Rodgers, Brady, and Rivers, mainly because of their consistency. Fitzpatrick and Stafford are just doing great this season. Now that being said, I would try to target Rivers because I don't know if Culter and Dez can get you Brady, Brees, or Rodgers. Though it never hurts to try. If you can't get any of the elite QBs then go after Stafford, Schaub, Romo. Once you complete that QB trade then you might have to trade Mendenhall (only when he gets on track) to improve your WRs.
