Biggest Dilema Ever: WEEK 4 FLEX!

Postby tpsreports2424 » Tue Sep 27, 2011 8:45 pm

So last week I had the worst possible fantasy week. My FIRST FOUR picks either were injured before or during the game. My team is a PPR league. My questions pretty much surround my entire roster.

I need QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, RB/WR/TE spots filled.

QB's: Shaub, Orton, Grossman
RB's: Foster, Gore, Hillis
WR's: Lloyd, Nicks, David Nelson, Santana Moss
TE's: Gates, Davis

A few notes: I do not want to start Orton because so far he sucks and hes playing GB defense, which I kind of the same reason why I might want to sit Lloyd. Gates is most likely sitting out this week. I want to play Foster this week because he's supposed to be back this week. This leads me into choosing between my Flex's which would either be Lloyd, Moss or Gore. Who should I go with?

I would start Schaub. I like having 3 WR in your case. I'm not a Gore believer. I traded him straight up for D. Thomas and so far it has worked great for me
PPR league

I know Schaub is the safer pick but I don't like it. If we're looking at matchups, Obviously the Rams are a much softer defense than the Steelers but that means you're starting Rex Grossman and that doesn't sit well with alot of people. I guess play it safe and start Schaub and pray he studied the hell out of the game film of the Ravens/Steelers matchup.

Play all three RB's. Foster will be back this week there is upside to him. Hillis is just getting back from his vacation rested so he'll be g2g and I've been saying it since week 1; the Eagles are weak against the run. Now is Gore's time to shine.

Santana Moss and Hakeem Nicks are the WR's I would roll with. In that order. Gates will be out this week. So by default Davis gets the start.

Shaub, Foster and Hillis, Nicks and Moss, Davis, and monitor Gore to make sure he plays.

I'd probably get rid of Gates ASAP.
