Does this happen in your league? It's like a fact of FF nature or something. Last two seasons our commish has ended the season in dead last. This year, my turn, I was the commish and won't finish over .500 for the first time in about a friggin' decade. I want to know - does this phenom persist across the board or do I just live in a private hell? VOTE!

This happens in our leagues too. We call it the "curse of being commish."

Last few seasons we had the same commish and he always finished top 3. So we demoted him to coach and got a new commish. Now the commish is bottom dwelling with me at 10th place i'm in 11th, last year me the old commish and new commish finished 1, 2, 3.
the old commish is tied for 4th, I guess he's just that savy of a coach or lucky steve mcnair played last nite

Our commish won the league last year, but lost his last four games this year to finish at 5-8 and out of the show. Having gotten 6th place, and only 6 make it, I wasn't sorry to see him go... :-°

Our Commish traditionally finishes near the top each year. This was the first time he'd ever missed the playoffs.

last year was my first year and i was the commish. tied for last. second time around being the commish and i won the regular season. crossing my fingers for the playoffs. i need a. green to start playing like he was 4 weeks ago and i need kitna to keep throwing tds.

I'm on the bubble for the concelation bracket and my record is at .500 exactly with one game to go... I'll let you know later :-[

I comish 4 leagues.

League 1: 10-3, 1st place, points leader
League 2: 8-4, 1st place, points leader
League 3: 7-5-1, 4th place, win and in
League 4: 7-5-1, 5th place, points leader, win and 4th place loses and in

I finished 5-8 and made the playoffs in my league. We had a guy 12-1, a guy 11-1-1, and a guy 10-3.
