Commish Fails to Make Playoffs AGAIN!

In one of my leagues I have been in for 5 years, this is the first time the commish has not made the playoffs. I think he's been in the championship game, winning once, 3 out of the other 4 years. Funny thing is my team always has a knack for beating his team, no matter how good he is or how bad I am so about 2 years ago I renamed my team "Beat 'commish's name'"...oh I forgot, this is actually the first year he has been the commish.

I have commished an 8 team league for 2 years now, last year I finished next to last 4-10. This year I am in first at 10-3 going into the last regular season week.
