Bradshaw for SJax Trade Help... ALWAYS WHIR

Postby candyman » Wed Sep 28, 2011 4:15 pm

Guys,

I've been offered SJax and Brandon Marshall for my Bradshaw and Hightower.

I don't like the deal because I've overloaded at WR, and dont see how it helps me, but I would like to get Jackson.

How would you counter? Here are our rosters (standard scoring, NO PPR)

Me
Big Ben
Rice
Bradshaw
C Johnson
VJax
Gates
Hightower
J Brown
TB DEF
---------
Maclin
Bowe
Beanie
Cutler

Him

Fitzpatrick
Starks
LT
A Johnson
Henderson
Winslow
Welker
Rackers
Philly DEF
----------
Marshall
SJax
Freeman
M Williams (TB)

What do you think, how should I counter?

Thanks and Leave a link and I WHIR

Why do you want Jackson? If you really want him you could probably get him straight up for Hightower. What with the mess in STL, I'm not sure I'd even do that.

My original offer was Hightower for Jackson. I'm looking to deal Hightower because I don't see him maintaining his clear #1 back status throughout the year. I'd prefer to deal him for somebody other than SJax, but his owner seems to be the only one open to dealing. I went after AP and Forte with my WR depth + Hightower (owner is extremely thin at WR and RB starting Addai at flex), but it got shot down because the guy is ridiculous (asked for Hightower + CJohnson for Forte and refused to deal AP).

Who else would you consider targeting, I'm really looking to move some WR depth, and Hightower for a RB upgrade at Flex and open a slot to grab a TE for the time being.

I wouldn't make the trade. In fact, I'm not sure I'd be making a move right now.

Maybe Blount? Maybe go after a WR? It depends how you are using Hightower. If he's a flex spot, that gives you some more leeway.
