Which RB to stash? WHIR

Postby Drift Monkey » Wed Sep 28, 2011 4:18 pm

I just traded Hillis and Manningham for Dez so I'll have a free spot. Looking for a bench player, likely a RB.

Some available RBs from my waiver are: Roy Helu, Kendall Hunter, Montario Hardesty, Bernard Scott. Anyone else worth looking out for?

I could also take another WR. Julio Jones, Denarius Moore, Jacoby Ford, Jordy Nelson, A.J. Green, David Neslon, and Sidney Rice are the standouts, glancing at my waivers.

Thanks!

What about Ridley....He may be a long term option. He warrants more touches and I'm sure Bellicheck will want to establish a running game after the pick fest last week. After that I like Helu for the long haul.

Julio Jones is available?

I like Jordy and David Nelson as well, same with AJ Green. Out of the backs, I think Helu would be the stash guy though Hunter might be interesting as well with Gore's injury history and his lack of production so far this year. Lots of good WR's on the wire I might grab the one you like best and just do a 2RB and 3 WR setup

help with mine? its easy!

Well several of them are intruiguing for you. First you have Hardesty, if Hillis goes out or wears down he will most likely see more touches. Scott could be the main man in Cincy depending on when and if Benson is suspended. I also like Helu for late in the season, Hightower has always shared the load in Arizona and may wear down, so he may see increased touches. As for the wr's I like Rice out of all of them. He is a #1 and should see a ton of looks in Seattle as long as he stays healthy. Good luck.

Yeah, all the WRs are pretty good, but I'm kinda stuck at who to pick up. There doesn't seem to be a solid answer haha.

My original plan was to pickup Hardesty after trading Hillis, but I realized I have more options. I'm trying to gather a consensus I guess. Thanks for your input!

Thanks, I suppose Helu would fit in well along with Starks on my bench.
