Should I pickup Ford? Already have D. Moore

Jacoby Ford is available, and will be returning kickoffs (assuming he starts) against NE (who should score a lot). I already have D. Moore. Should I pickup Ford at all, and who would you drop to get him?

Would you start either of those over my other starting WRs or Javid Best in the flex? (Marshall, Harvin, M. Thomas)

.5 PPR.
===============================
(12-team league) (.5 PPR) (KR yardage 1/15yds)
QB - Stafford, Grossman
WR - Marshall, Harvin, Thomas, D. Moore
RB - Rice, Forte, Best, Tate
TE - Winslow, Davis
K- Hanson
DST - TB, DET

1. Number of teams are in your league = 10
2. How many of each position you start = 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 W/R, 1 K, 1 DEF
3. The size of your roster = 9 active, 6 bench
4. Your league's scoring system
PPR = 0.5
Pass TD = 4
TD = 6
FG = 3, 40+, 50+
All yardage (KR included) = 15 yds/ 1 point
Sacks = 1
Int/Fum = -1/-2

Knox is also available, and had a great game last week, if you count the non-punt return TD.
