Week 4 WR help

I need to pick a WR for week 4. I'm in a 12 team league (non-PPR). My choices are:

Jeremy Maclin
Percy Harvin
Mike Thomas

If Maclin was healthy I would start him but, I'm just not sure who to start if he's out this week. Any thoughts?

i like harvin a lot this week, i think it's his breakout game for the season.

You might as well forget about Mike Thomas. I don't trust Blaine Gabbert enough to rely on him for anything.

Maclin is a risky play due to not only his own injury but also his QB's.

Harvin is prolly your best bet. McNabb has been a real stinker thus far but it's KC. How bad can it be? I wouldn't count on any help in Harvin's return game however, since the Chiefs special teams is not one of its areas of weakness.

I'm sayin Harvin but I feel dirty after saying it.
