Rank these deep-league RB's, WHIR

Postby saemick » Wed Sep 28, 2011 9:47 pm

In a keeper league and was curious how people ranked these RB's for the rest of this year as well as next year:

Kendall Hunter (SF)
Stevan Ridley (NE)
Shane Vereeen (NE)
Bilal Powell (NYJ)
Phillip Tanner (DAL)
Jacquizz Rodgers (ATL)
CJ Spiller (BUF)
Taiwan Jones (OAK)

trying to find the best player(s) ahead of the curve.... how would you rank these guys

spiller is the most talented but isnt looking like hes going to get much playing time, so i'll say...

1. hunter, 2. spiller, 3. ridley, 4. rodgers, 5. the rest tied

I dont know about ranking all of them, but out of that group, Kendall Hunter, CJ Spiller and Stevan Ridley stand out to me. I think Hunter is the only one there who can help you this year, because Spiller won't get any playing time behind Jackson, and the Pats throw too often for Ridley to get more than 10 carries a game (on a good day).

Hunter looked good last week, and Gore didn't. Im thinking Harbaugh starts using him a bit more, and for next year, he'll have a solid role, i think.

Hope this helps.

A mile in front of the curve, this is where I think they end up at the end of their careers. Not necessarily where they would go now. If Taiwan improves his blocking he's Jamaal 2.0

Taiwan Jones (OAK)
Kendall Hunter (SF)
Stevan Ridley (NE)

Jacquizz Rodgers (ATL)

Shane Vereeen (NE)
Bilal Powell (NYJ)
Phillip Tanner (DAL)
CJ Spiller (BUF)
