Empty roster spot... fill?

Here's my squad...debating between a bunch of moves with my free roster spot. A little help please! I"ll help in return of course

12 team PPR
QB: Stafford, Freeman
RB: Foster, Wells, Helu, Lynch
WR: Wallace, Fitzgerald, Denarius Moore, Burleson, Sims-Walker
TE: Finley (apparently has an ankle injury)
DEF: Tampa
K: Janikowski

1. Is Tampa at home to Indy a better play than the Redskins in STL or the Saints in Jax? Also considering Texans (Pit), Bills (Cinci) and Vikings (KC). Tampa looked real solid against Atlanta though.

2. I have a free roster spot... do I grab Greg Olsen as insurance in case Finley can't play or Stevan Ridley after he appeared to matter. Still, it's the Pats and you never know who's going to get his number called.

3. Drop Sims-Walker for any of the following receivers? ...Torrey Smith, Antonio Brown, Pierre Garcon?
