Drop Hester for Rice? & RB Advice (WHIR)

OK so in my 1 league thinking of dropping D.Hester for S.Rice or possibly T.Young, is this a good move? Also have 3 TEs need to drop 1 thinking Pettigrew & grab a RB I have only 3 and was thinking of R.Grant, R.Helu, M.Lynch, D.Carter, or D.Murray, which one?

WR- A.Boldin, R.Wayne, D.Nelson, R.Meachem, & D.Hester
RB- A.Peterson, R.Matthews, & CJ.Spiller

Get rid of Manning lol, drop Hester for T.Young, and drop Dickson for either Grant, Helu, or Lynch. I see those RBs all at about the same level.

Yeah Manning is on my IR were allowed 1 player to have on IR & he doesn't count towrds the number of players we can carry so I stashed him there for some little glimpse of a return if it happens hes there, so thats the only reason while hes still on my team

I'd drop Hester & Dickson. Pick up Young & Grant. The other RBs you listed are basically handcuffs, so they're all sort of a wait & see.

I agree with rclement here. The Seahawks brought rice in to get balls thrown his way. Drop Hester and snatch him up, let's not forget how good he is when healthy.

As for your RB, I'd grab grant. Like clement said though, as the season progresses I see helu stealing more and more possessions from Hightower though.
