Meachem @ Jac or Gibson vs. Wsh

Postby David592207 » Thu Sep 29, 2011 2:28 pm

With Austin's hamstring and White struggling a bit, I really need to get my WR 2 right this week. Trying to trade Romo to bolster running game too. So far no takers. Thanks in advance.

I'd go with Gibson against WSH. Meachem may be about to welcome Colston back into the lineup and as a Meachem owner in one league I know how terrible his boom/bust potential is. If he gets a bomb, you look smart-- otherwise his numbers end up looking like 2 rec for 20 yards. Gibson still doesnt have to worry about Amendola so this may be one of his last weeks with a higher ceiling than Meach.

I like Gibson also, only because Colston is back in the line up this week. Also, with New Orleans playing a weak secondary in JAX, i expect them to have the game in the bag at 1/2 time and to try to use their running game to run down the clock.

Help with mine also?
