Kolb for Jennings & Lloyd

I have an offer to trade Kolb for Greg Jennings & B. Lloyd on the table right now. He does make a good point in saying that I have both QB's and 2 WR's on the same bye - so at some point I do need another QB. However I'd rather not drop Jennings but I'm not sure how to approach a counter. Lloyd (10th round keeper) was great last year but has been hit or miss this year and I'm not opposed to trading him.
