DST Questions. Bears/Chargers/49ers

Even though I have a very average team, I've squeaked out 3 victories(call it good defense because I've finished in the bottom half of scoring each week) so far and going against the only other undefeated team this week. He is heavily favored so i'm trying to manage my team where I can massage a few points here and there.

My defensive options are:

Chicago vs. Carolina - Like going against Cam and Carolina. Thrown 4 INT in the first 3 games and given up a TD on a return and been sacked 8 times

SD vs Miami - Miami isn't m much better. Thrown 3 INT, no TD on returns and sacked 11 times.

There is also SF on the waiver wire who play Philly this week. ESPN has them listed as the number 3 defense.
