Lance Moore or DeShaun Jackson

Lance Moore went NUTS last week, posting 27 pts in my PPR league, but he was on my bench. DeShaun Jackson has not lived up to projections once this year and I'm losing patience with him and Vick's not finishing games (and when he leaves, Jackson's targets drop). Do I start Moore against a bad Rams secondary and Colsten (spelling?) coming back or do I start Jackson against an improving Niners D.

Correction - Moore is not playing the Rams. I got confused with Moss, who is currently on my bench but going against a bad Rams secondary. Torn about if I should play him too....
