Need some advice on a couple of plays this week

Im in a 10 team non ppr league and i feel my lineup is solid but im debating whether i should roll the dice with C.benson against buffalo this week instead of playing H. nicks in my flex spot. any thoughts? Who's the better TE this week Tony Gonzalez(sea) or Vernon Davis(phi)
