Opinion on Trade

I play in a 16 team PPR league and am currently 1-2 despite being one of the highest scoring teams in my league (bad luck). Here is my roster:

QB- Drew Brees
RB- Chris Johnson
RB- Tim Hightower
WR- AJ Green
WR- David Nelson
TE- Aaron Hernandez
K- Dan Carpenter
DST- Bucs

Bench:
WR- Ochocinco, Antonio Brown
RB- James Starks, LT, Reggie Bush, Stevan Ridley
TE- Randy McMichael

I have been offered Steve Smith (Panthers) and Mario Manningham for Bush and Starks. I am inclined to turn it down, but wanted some opinions first cause I always get awesome advice here. What do you guys think?
