Week 4: Pick 1 RB, and Flex player

I need some help picking a RB and Flex player (RB/WR) for this week. I'm in a 10 team league (non-PPR). Here are my choices.

RB: Steven Jackson, James Starks, and Mike Tolbert
WR: Percy Harvin, Robert Meachem, and Mike Thomas

I was kind of leaning towards Steven Jackson for my RB, and Percy Harvin for my flex player. Can I do better than this?

I would have Tolbert and Harvin. Jackson is playing Wash who has a good run D.

id go tolbert and starks....news is matthews has a bum foot this week...

What would you say to Starks and Harvin? Mathews is hurt and after all the Vikings are playing KC. Harvin's bound to have a good game.
