Team is a trainwreck.. What can I do? WHIR

I know this is a pretty broad topic, but I've never been this lost in a fantasy football season. The strength of my team (RB: Charles and Mendenhall) has become a hindrance and I don't have a ton of depth to trade.

Anyone have an idea of what I can do to right the ship? My most tradeable piece is probably Newton, but it's tough to give him up in a dynasty...

ouch ur team is hurting. you can try trading away cam newton and mendenhall or starks to a team with a weak qb and mabye get a better rb like michael turner or matt forte.
