Flex and RB Questions, Need help bad, WHIR

Postby phackney » Fri Sep 30, 2011 3:49 am

I desperately need some advice for week 4, I lost last week by 10 pts because of another disastrous week by Chris Johnson and Frank Gore. Gore has an awesome matchup this week, and with my scoring format, he wasn't a bad start weeks 1 and 2 because he was getting 20 or so carries and a couple catches. I was kind of hoping he would be unable to play this week because I picked up Kendall Hunter, who looked much much better than Gore did last week. Take a look at my lineup and please give me your advice. My biggest question is RB and my Flex spots. I'm almost contemplating starting Ernest Graham who has been scoring more pts in this league than Johnson because he gets alot of catches. I had a pretty solid team to start the year, but have lost J. Charles and Britt over the past couple weeks so I have no depth. As always, please leave link and I will help you, thanks.

Scoring PPR/PPC(arry)/0.5 PPC(ompletion)

QB: Freeman(Kolb)
RB: Chris Johnson (Gore, Cadillac, Kendall Hunter, Graham)
RB: Ahmad Bradhaw
WR: Steve Johnson(Nate Washington, Branch)
WR: H. Nicks
TE: Owen Daniels
Flex(QB/WR/RB): Kevin Kolb (Gore, Graham, Washington or Branch)?????

I would stick with Johnson and Gore.... theyre not going keep having as bad games as they have been having and youll be kicking yourself if they break it out this week and you benched them...

I would stick with Johnson and Gore as well, but I would make Gore a game time decision. If he doesn't suit-up, or if there is any reason to believe that he'll be significantly limited, I'd play Hunter in his place.

I'd keep it how u have it.

Bradshaw has a good matchup in AZ, and kolb as your flex will likely get u more points than any o the other options.

thnx for the help...i agree w/ most of the folks who say Gore but...keep an eye on he situation so you can plug Hunter in if need be...from what i've seen it seems most hold out guys have a crappy year the year they hold out. they take longer to get into shape than we (fantasy owners) have time for or wind up w/ an injury..so Gore and Bradshaw...at flex i like Washington..GOODLUCK
