RB: Steven Jackson vs Washington Ced Benson vs Buffalo
DST: Bears vs Panthers Bucs vs Colts
I really can't decide on any of these. I'm really torn at QB. I think Romo is a huge risk. Romo could have a game similar to his wk 3 performance which was about 250 yards with an INT and no TD's. I think Kolb is a pretty solid and safe play at home against a banged up Giants secondary. Cambell is a darkhorse. He has A LOT of weapons on offense with Denarius Moore and Jacoby Ford. DST is a toss up. I acutally really like both, I think both DST's score close to if not more than 10 points. I think Bears harass Newton all day, and I don't see how Curtis Painter stands a chance on the big Monday Night stage.
Campbell has the best QB matchup. Kolb is decent, but the giants are not as bad as people say, and are getting healthier by the week. Osi could be back, and tuck is as well. Arizona has a suspect OL, and NY will likely pressure Kolb all day.
Then roll with the Bears Def. Newton throws picks.
I'd go Kolb. He has a good amount of weapons to throw to, where the Raiders need to hope that Run DMC can replay his game against the Jets. SJax. He is a better back, and it looks like he's almost 100%. I also want no part of Bungles against that Bills defense. Bears D. Should be an interesting matchup, and I think they'll get a few picks and sacks.
I would go with Kolb, SJax, and the Bears. Benson hasn't looked great, and if Buffalo puts up a lot of points, Cincy won't be looking to run anyway. Kolb has been pretty consistent thus far, and although the matchup isn't great, he could still get you quality points if he ends up having to throw a lot this game.
I'd go Campbell, SJax, Bears D. Campbell has the best matchup, and he's shown us that he can put up numbers in a shootout. SJax is the better back, you want to use him the weeks he is healthy because he can always go down again. Bears D because Newton is coming back to earth as we saw last week, they should get you some good numbers.
Kolb (best WR to throw to and he will score) SJax Bucs (while indy was the feelgood story last week in a close loss, Tampa will show what Indy truly is,...a bad team)
Surprised so many people said Bears DST and not Bucs DST. Cam Newton can put up points, but I see him throwing at least a couple of picks. I don't see how Painter can drive the Colts down field and put up more than 10 points. I think Bucs DST is the safer bet.
And I'm going to bench Romo this weekend. It sounds like Dez isn't close to 100%, he was highly limited in practice today. So it will be a similar type game to his week 3 game, in which he only had 7 fantasy points. I just can't trust Ogeltree and Laurent Robinson. And I'm definitely going to roll out SJax.
i think i would do campbell, jackson and the bucs.
as you said, romo without weapons ain't the same guy. and i don't trust kolb against a good giants defense. jackson even if benson wasnt dealing with impending suspension. and the bucs because the colts suck.
