Week 4 PPR Flex help WHIR

Good morning everyone, big week this week against a guy I have a friendly rivalry with. I'm confident with my entire lineup, except for my WR/RB flex spot. It's a competitive 12 team PPR league. Thanks in advance for any help.

Scoring is as follows:
1 ppr
1 pt/10 yards
6 pt/td

My choices are: Henderson, Decker, Jacobs, Knox, Lynch, or Collie

I'd probably go with Decker or Knox.

Knox has a nice matchup against the Carolina Def, but is never Consistent.

Decker should get targets in a game where DEn will likely have to air it out.
