Lynch, Nelson, Gaffney, or Gibson?

I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me on who I should start this week?

I own both the Lions and the Falcons defenses and chose to start the Falcons defense since they are playing the Seahawks and Tony Romo is in my lineup.

This puts me in a bind with my RB/WR spot. Currently Marshawn Lynch is starting in that position but I was looking at playing someone else since he would be going up against my defense (which has been pretty poor at stopping the run so far this year).

The possibilities I have on my bench to fill this spot are Jordy Nelson (He is playing Denver which should be a decent matchup for him if the game isnt a blowout), Jabar Gaffney (against a poor St. Louis Defense) and Brandon Gibson (who has being showing alot of upside lately).

What would you do? Keep Lynch in, replace him with one of those guys, or start the Lions Defense (against Dallas and Romo) instead of the Falcons?
