I have the same decision in one my leagues and I'm going with Olsen. Even though he's been scoring every game, Chandler isn't getting a ton of looks outside the red zone, so he's kind of a risky play. Sure, if he scores again it pays off, but you can't realistically expect him to do this every week, especially on a Buffalo team that targets 3 or 4 WRs a lot too. Although Shockey is there, Olsen is still a big part of the CAR offense and will get plenty of looks. This is especially true for the times when a rookie QB is looking more like an actual rookie. Plus, Olsen is going up against his former team this week, so he may have something to prove against Mike Martz, who kind of reduced his role in that offense.
Good luck.
