Start Romo or Cam Newton? 12 team ppr league, thanks?

So do I start Romo@Det or Newton@Chi? Newton has a bad match up but shredded GB two weeks ago. Romo might be in a shootout with Det but who knows about those ribs. This is a 12 person ppr league, thanks for the help.

i'm in a similar conundrum and wish i had newton as an option. i'd go with cam as i think he's a more reliable option at this point.
