Bench Maclin for Pettigrew or Reggie Bush? PPR - WHIR THANKS

I just KNOW that Maclin is going to go off against the Niners for 100 yards and 2 TDs, but I'm thinking of benching him anyways. He's been limited in practice coming off last week's injury. I actually feel more confident about starting David Nelson than I do Maclin, that's how scared I am of playing him this week.

Pettigrew went OFF last week and he's got a tasty matchup against Dallas, who gives up a lot to TEs this year. I expect a shootout, and Pettigrew could have a huge game.

On the other hand, Daniel Thomas mysteriously missed practice today and Reggie Bush could get most of the carries against San Diego.

This is a PPR league, with enormous bonuses for 100+ yards and a nice bonus for 6+ carries.

I can understand how you feel, but I think you are comitting a classic overthink here.

Cincy has allowed the 2nd fewest points to fantasy WRs, while the Niners have allowed the 6th most. Between Maclin and Nelson, this week I would go Maclin unless he is looking gimpy or something.

I haven't been following the MIA situation, but it sounds like you are speculating about Bush starting over Thomas. Could bite you in the rear.

I would probably stick with Maclin.

i would start Maclin over either of those 2 any day, but with the injury concern I would go with Pettigrew. I don't trust Bush at all
