WR3 and flex Julio, maclin, washington, tate need two?

Hi guys Thanks for any help you can offer.

I've got jennings, and aj taking wr1 and 2

but for my wr3 spot I have JUlio jones, Maclin, or nate washington who would you start?

I also Have the flex spot that i'm unsure about I have arian foster starting should I handcuff tate to him just incase, if not which of the wide recievers should I start here?

Coin toss between Julio/Maclin since I feel like Julio is due for a TD this coming Sunday, and Philly's offense will be centered around McCoy. But I'd definitely have Washington for WR3.
