Which 3 get the nod this week guys? Of course McFadden gets the nod, then I have Best & Benson in right now. Im not sure if I should switch Foster with one of the 2. Let me know your thoughts pls. Leave link, I will help with yours..
McFadden home vs NE Best @ Cowboys Benson home vs Bills Foster home vs Steelers Wells home vs Gmen
I say start Foster over Benson. I know it is the Steelers, but Foster has to be like a caged animal. Having said that, I'm struggling with starting him as well, but I feel my other options are better. I'm starting Ryan Mathews and LaGarette Blount right now. Do you think I should start Foster over one of them?
I would say Foster over Best. Best doesnt have a great matchup, and while Foster is going against the Steelers, I think the Texans run game is one of those that can run on anyone. Foster is said to be completely over his hammy issue and will get the bulk of the carries. If you dont feel comfortable playing Foster, either due to matchup or due to hammy, I get it, and then I would roll with Best.
Cowboys run d has bottled up some really run heavy teams so far. Best might be more heavily involved in the passing game though, he's not a terrible play, I just prefer Foster. But again, if you dont feel comfortable playing him, then Best should be fine.
McFadden>Foster>Best>Benson>Wells are how my ranks pan out.
Foster has my faith for the first time this week. If he disappoints, it's time to join Chris Johnson owners in a nation wide bitter rant.
Best, as a rusher, is failing to look explosive off of the LOS ... but Stafford is chucking the ball his way, so he gets my love based on his receiving abilities.
Benson is definitely getting the carries - 17-20 a game ... but his team is struggling in the red zone (and Benson isn't the most likely candidate to break off a big one for paydirt). He is EVER SO SLIGHTLY out of this starting lineup. For me, the strength of the overall team behind the man wins when players are a relative toss up.
Wells faces a nice run D ... I expect Kolb to be under heavy pressure (which should benefit Wells in the dump off department). But if you're not playing in a PPR, his 5 receptions for 19 yards won't help you. He could very well get a garbage TD (there really isn't much competition in Arizona), but his upside isn't enough to outBest the above talent.
