QB and WR questions, WHIR

12 team PPR league, td passes = 6. I'm 1-2 (despite being 3rd in points) and can't really afford to go 1-3. My roster:

QB - Ryan
RB - Rice, F Jones, Jacobs, Scott
WR - Wallace, Holmes, Amendola, Floyd, Ford
TE - Gronkowski
DST - Chicago
K - Hanson

1. With Floyd and Ford both recovering from injuries, do I pick one and hope for the best, or do I do grab Gaffney against a horrible Rams secondary or Sanzenbacher, who's turning into a reliable pair of hands for Cutler? If I take one of those, who to take and who to drop?

2. I'm losing faith in Matt Ryan, and we all know what often happens to teams when they go to Seattle to play. Is Cutler or Grossman (again, that Rams pass defense) a better play?

I'm thinking drop Floyd for Gaffney (Sanz?), drop Scott for Grossman (Cutler?), and start them both. But that's an awful lot of stock to put into the Redskins offense, even if they are top 10 in pass attempts so far. Thoughts? WHIR, thanks!
