Moreno (rb) or Dexter McCluster Flex option

i would normally start D Thomas in this spot however he is out and i have knowshow Moreno as an option or mcCluster. Please help me which should i start? IO do have other options for my flex and they are listed below.

these are other flex options but i think knowshow and or mcCluster has the higher ceiling today. please help.
