As of now I have Moore in because Washington is going to pull the Browns tough safety who has been shuting some big names down.

2nd question:
Which RB should I start
B. Wells vs. Giants
Addai vs. TB
K. Hunter vs. Philly (I would only stick him in if Gore is out.)

I like Moore and your rationale.

I also like Addai. He's looking pretty tough this year and is having to make up for the lack of a Manning pass attack.
