I always end up with a subpar team

Despite drafting an awesome team I always end up with a lack of explosiveness at my big point positions (RB, WR)

This is a 12-team Keeper PPR, btw

RB1 = CJ (just hasn't done much)
RB2 = Best (also seems to not be getting many touches, only 1 good week)
RB3 = P. Thomas (bench player, last RB)
WR1 = Jennings (doing awesome as expected)
WR2 = Steve Smith (doing way better than expected)
WR3 = S. Moss (solid double-digit guy every week)
WR4 = Boldin***HE IS PISSING ME OFF*** (Ravens gave him 2 targets last night...2 and he's there WR1)
WR5 = Branch (bench player, last WR)

I have Brady as a QB, Campbell as backup, Clark, Watson, and Dickson as TEs, Chargers + Cowboys D/ST, and Neil Rackers.

Anyway as you can see my RB spot is not doing so well and I would like to aquire another RB via trade, but Boldin has no value anymore because he is just horrendous so far. So what am I going to do with Boldin...I can't get a good RB for him and I'm not ready to get rid of Smith or Moss???
