Ridley / Torain worth my #1 WW? WHIR

I have the #1 priority in 2 of my leagues and both Ridley & Torain are available. Do I use it on one of them? And if so, who? here's my rosters:

team 1:

Team 2:
12-team, .5pt per reception
QB: Stafford, Sanchez
RB: Mendy, Best, Ingram, Tolbert, B. Scott
WR: Megatron, Bowe, Dez Bryant, Ford, Denarius Moore
TE: Gronkowski
K: Suisham
D: NO
Scoring: 10yds rush/rec = 1pt, 25yds pass = 1pt, TD = 6pts, fumble/int. = -2pts
Start: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, RB/WR, TE, K, DST

For sure, team #1 needs a RB more than team #2.
Ridley or Torain would be better options than Delone Carter on team #1.
And I prefer Ridley over Bernard Scott on team #2 just because Scott is more of a short-term option and would have to have a coming out party type of performance to wrestle the starting job away from Cedric Benson.

On the Ridley vs. Torain choice, I would lean towards Ridley because of "Shahananigans" in Washington.

I would pick up Ridley, he looked solid today and easily will be picking up many more carries if he keeps playing like he did

I agree Ridley/Torain should be owned, but my main question is if he's worth a #1 WW priority...

On team #1, yea I would use the waiver pick because I think you have a need at RB2.
On team #2, you can probably afford to keep your waiver pick.
