Trade Mike Wallace, Steve Smith, and LT for Newton and MJD?

This is a variation of a trade that I posted about earlier, that my counterpart proposed. I give Mike Wallace, Steve Smith, and LT and receive Newton and MJD.

Current team: Starters in bold.
QB J Freeman, C Henne
RB- R Mendehall, DeAngelo Williams, LT, Cadillac Williams, CJ Spiller
WR- Calvin Johnson, Mike Wallace, steve Smith, Santonio Holmes
TE- J Witten
K- Neil Rackers
D- NYG and Tennessee

Pros: I start Mendenhall, MJD, and DeAngelo Willaims (hopefully he gets back to form) alongside CJ and Santonio Holmes. I improve at QB.

Cons: I go from a super deep WR team to a deep RB team, assuming that DeAngelo Williams can produce.

Newton seems to be the panther's goal line back, so he's taking away points from D.Williams already.

I say keep Smith and offer him Williams instead.

so you start MJD instead of Williams and go with 3 solid WR

btw is this a PPR league? if yes then might as well stack up on those top tier WRs

See if he can toss in an upside WR if so I'd do it. Does he have Washington?
