Need trade help ASAP- trade about to expire!!!

I am in need of some depth at both RB and WR. Someone in my league proposed a trade for one on my QBs. They want either Vick or Cam for Darren Sproles and Julio Jones. Since Vick is taking so many hits lately and the oline is horrible and Cam is still an unknown four weeks into his rookie year- I am not sure which (if either) to trade. Need some advice. Here is my current line up:
