I have Romo, and newton as my QB in a standard 10 man league....my backs are, Steven Jackson, Mendy, tolbert

Should I trade Cam newton and Robert Meachum for Fred Jackson and Issac redmond?

Redmond has probably one or two week appeal depending on Mendy's injury. FJax would be a huge pickup and you can easily grab a QB off waivers. I'd make that deal.
